Designed to replace and upgrade the weak OE front lower control arm mount on 1997-06 Wranglers. These heavy-duty weld-on brackets provide a secure mount when driving off road. Greater wall thickness combined with a welded reinforcement plate provide extra support to the axle.

This overbuilt mounting system eliminates the two piece original equipment version that is prone to fatigue and cracking. With this mount, we have integrated a clamshell frame plate eliminating any potential weak points. Each kit is complete with all hardware and installation instructions. Beef up your ride with Rugged Ridge steering components. This is a bolt-on solution for preventing bent tie rods from wheeling with larger tires. The tubes are 1-¼” ID SAE 1018 steel that is cold rolled, pierced, and drawn through dies to produce a wall thickness of ¼”. This is true DOM tubing with no seams or welds to fail. Heavy-duty 7/8” rod ends feature standard tapered ends to fit stock knuckle applications. You get one ton strength without any modifications to your steering knuckles. The Heavy-Duty Crossover Steering Conversion Kit replaces the bump-steer prone inverted Y-type steering system. This kit connects the drag link to the end of the tie rod at the wheel, giving a better steering angle and better leverage. If your vehicle is lifted a crossover steering system is a must!

The Adjustable Track Bar’s function is to properly locate and center the front axle under the body of your Jeep and improve its handling capabilities and steering geometry. This kit is designed to correct misalignment that can develop with Jeeps with 4” of lift. Our track bar tubes are constructed with the same beefy 1.25” OD x.25” wall DOM tubing found in our Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kits! The bar is powder coated black to prevent corrosion and includes: polyurethane bushings, heavy duty mounting bracket and features a 7/8” zinc plated rod end. This a great companion to our 84-01 XJ and 93-98 ZJ Heavy Duty Crossover Steering Kit #18050.82. For the ultimate in front end ridgidity add on our Frame Stiffener #12035.51. This piece ties the front frame rails together while bracing the track bar mount. It is specifically designed for use with the Adjustable Track Bar (#18205.03) only.
